How do I work with files and images?
Working with files and images starts with the link that says “+Attach File” at the bottom of your jumpchart.
Once you click the “+Attach File” button, a drawer will drop down to allow you to upload a file to the server. Depending on the size of the file you are adding, this process could take a little while, so please be patient and don’t refresh your browser. Once the file is on the server, the page will refresh and your file will appear in-line in the content and in the file list at the bottom of the page.
To reference your file in the page content you can use the (“filename”) syntax. If your file is an image, Jumpchart will render a preview of the image if possible.
To delete file or image you’ve uploaded, click the delete button next to the image:
