Working with files and images starts with the Files tab at the bottom of your jumpchart.

Once you click the Files tab, you’ll see an option to choose your file, and upload. Depending on the size of the file you are adding, this process could take a little while, so please be patient and don’t refresh your browser. Once the file is on the server, the page will refresh and your file will appear in-line in the content and in the file list in your Files tab.

To reference your file in the page content you can use the (“filename”) syntax. If your file is an image, Jumpchart will render a preview of the image if possible.

To delete file or image you’ve uploaded, click the “Remove File” button to the right of the image.
